Plain-language launch terms — effective September 2, 2026.
Credential Tracker: a Credential Tracker v1.x purchase provides one permanent software license for one company installation on one Windows computer.
Quote Builder: a Quote Builder purchase provides one permanent software license for one Windows computer.
LEOSSON desktop products are sold as one-time purchases unless a product page explicitly says otherwise, and the current desktop products do not require a recurring monthly license check after permanent activation.
Your purchase includes the software version offered at the time of sale and maintenance fixes LEOSSON makes available for that product line. A future major version or separately sold product may be offered as a separate purchase.
If a licensed computer is replaced, contact LEOSSON at [email protected]. A replacement activation may be issued after the original purchase is verified. A license may not be resold or transferred to an unrelated company or person.
LEOSSON desktop applications store normal business data locally on the customer's computer. The customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups using the tools provided by the software and for protecting access to the computer and backup files.
Credential Tracker helps organize credential records and reminders. It does not certify that a person is legally qualified to work or replace legal, HR, medical, licensing or compliance requirements.
Quote Builder helps prepare estimates, proposals, change orders and invoices. It does not guarantee pricing accuracy, profitability, project outcomes, contract enforceability or customer payment. The customer remains responsible for reviewing all business documents before using or sending them.
Punch List helps organize property punch/closeout items, assignments, photos and reports. It does not inspect, certify or guarantee construction quality, code compliance, safety, completion or the performance of any contractor or responsible party.
Installers are delivered digitally. Permanent activation is tied to the installation identifier generated by the software and the verified purchase. Do not share activation credentials or license codes publicly.
If you cannot install or activate the software, contact LEOSSON so we can help resolve the problem. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
